The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including Personal Finance and Budgeting, Credit and Collections, understanding FICO versus Vantage Scores, exploring Mortgage Financing Options, Zero Down-Payment Opportunities, programs for Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance, Housing Search Strategies, Seller Negotiation Techniques, Home Inspection Procedures, Purchase Agreement Fundamentals, Home Appraisal and Assessment Insights, interpreting Property Surveys, conducting Title Searches, selecting Homeowner Insurance, navigating Common Interest Communities, understanding the Closing/Settlement process, and much more!

The program consists of five class modules, conducted live via video conferencing. The sessions are scheduled from Monday to Friday, August 18th thru 22th, from 6 PM to 9 PM EST. Participants must complete all five modules and the related assignments to receive a Certificate of Completion.
